Who We Are
We know that everyone learns best when they’re comfortable, so we’ve created a “home away from home environment” where you or your child can learn to swim confidently with the dedicated support of our team.
Our progression-based teaching system lets our students lay a strong foundation and build upon it with fundamental swimming skills. It’s an approach that sees them learning quickly and becoming water safe as soon as possible.
We focus on muscle memory, which, while seemingly repetitive, trains students in a way that hones their coordination skills, builds strength, and teaches breath control all at once. The faster we can get a student to do the movements without thinking about it, the easier it is to teach the correct breathing and timing. Once a student is water safe, we move onto teaching the four FINA strokes, which are:
Backstroke
Freestyle (Crawl)
Butterfly
Breaststroke
In addition, we teach diving, correct entry and exit, floating technique, and lifesaving skills.
